Thanks for your interest in doing business with Emerald Computers. We offer a wide varity of computer services. For most customers who plan to spend over $300 we will simply charge a discounted hourly rate to save you money.
In House Labor
Most Labor that we perform is done in-house. The client drops off their computer and we fix it, often we even fix it while they wait. Here are our rate for such labor.
On Site Business Services
Most businesses need much more work than fixing one computer system. They usually have special needs and complex systems. This type of service is the core of our business. You probably spend a large part of your work time each day in front of a computer, we work to make that time as efficient as possible. We make sure things work, and work quickly. As our motto says, Our friendly experts make technology easy for you!
Once most businesses have tried us out a few times they buy one of our labor packages, this is pre-paid discount labor credits. You can use this labor to do anything that needs to be done in your company from networking, to consulting to webdesign. The credits never expire, and you can use them to lock in today’s labor prices before they go up. When labor is performed we simply deduct it from your pre-paid account. You can call us for things large and small and we will show up ASAP and fix them. We deduct 30 minutes for travel time unless you are less than 5 miles from our location, then it is free. We have a minimum usage per event of just 30 minutes. So many visits will just take one credit away from your pool. Additional techs working on the same trip will only cost half as much as the lead tech.
The current package prices are 15 hours for $900, 30 hours for $1600 and 50 hours for $2500.
